Ai-Film

A 31-second photoreal film of a consistent AI presenter, made on one RTX 5090 with no cuts: reference pictures given jobs, a locked voice track, three cheap seed previews then one upscaled finish, each clip extending the last. The five ways it broke, the picture that fixed each one, the plate rules, the LoRA retrain, and the bill.

Our 66-second monster movie, helicopter, dragons, a meta twist, cost $16 including every failed take. The full filmmaking pipeline: storyboards, cloud + local animation, score, assembly.

We just signed up for the GenJam Directors Cup, 16 nations, 4-hour film sprints, winner takes $1,000. Here’s why a channel about building AI is now competing with it, and how to join our team before July 7.
